The Ithaca Board of REALTORS®, Inc. won the Local RPAC Triple Crown Award and the Local President’s Cup Award.   What is RPAC?

The Southern Tier Are Crown Winners!

Only 12 other NYS Associations won the Local RPAC Triple Crown Award. Cortland County Board of REALTORS®, Elmira Corning Regional Associaton of REALTORS®, and Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, Inc.

Only 8 other NYS Associations won the award. Associations near us that won the Local President’s Cup award are Cortland County Board of REALTORS®, Elmira Corning Regional Associaton of REALTORS®, and Greater Binghamton Association of REALTORS®, Inc.

Local Triple Crown Award Criteria

In order to obtain the Local Triple Crown Award, local associations must be onboard the PAC Management System and meet the following criteria:

  1. Meet or exceed local’s share of their RPAC Fundraising Goal
  2. Meet or exceed local’s Participation criteria

Local President’s Cup Award Criteria

The following Advocacy and RPAC Goals must be met for a local association to qualify for the President’s Cup:

  1. Call for Action Participation – A local must minimally achieve an average response rate of 20 percent on NAR Calls for Action.
